However, if you're telling me that your dry tongue weight is already higher than the rating of the # BXW0753 then it is safe to say you should go ahead and upgrade the spring bars, especially if you're adding the sliding tray.

If you can't get the gaskets to stay in place the what I recommend doing is taking a small piece of tape to keep them in place until you can get the Camco valve started. Once the valve is started you should be able to remove your tape and slide the valve the rest of the way before installing the bolts and nuts.
